Something broke, something is confusing, or you have an idea. Two ways to reach us, and a person answers both.
Best for anything about your account or credits, and when you want to attach screenshots. Every message gets a reply.
Discord ticket
Fastest while you are mid-build. Join the server and open a ticket in the support channel. It is also where feedback and ideas go, and where you can see what others are building.
What helps us fix it fast
- Your account id, from your account page
- The chat title, and roughly when it ran
- What you asked for, and what happened instead
- A screenshot of the panel or of Studio's Output window
Feedback
Tell us what you were trying to do and where Spawnly got in the way, or what you wish it did. Ideas for models, tools and the panel are welcome; the ones that come up most shape what gets built next.
Either route works for feedback too; put "feedback" in the subject or the ticket title.
